Hands off Fatehyab

Comrade Fatehyab Ali Khan has been evicted from Pakhtunkhwa province. This is a clear violation of the rights of all political parties to conduct their political activities. At this point we cannot establish telephone contact with cmkp comrades in Hashtnagar. We could also not establish phone contact with Fatehyab. I suspect that phone lines are cut or under supervision.

We are in firm revolutionary solidarity with our fraternal party MKP (fatehyab) and the CMKP and the MKP (Fatehyab) will struggle jointly against this state repression. The communist left is the only genuine force in the country that can eliminate imperialism from this country.

(note for foreign readers who might get confused)

The MKP (Fatehyab) split from our party in 1977. The CMKP and the MKP (Fatehyab) are in a provincial alliance in Pakhtunkhwa (NWFP) for the defence of the Hashtnagar peasants. And have also been holding talks for a national level united front. The MKP (Fatehyab) is not be confused with MKP (Khamosh). The latter is allied to Sherpao and obviously has no problems coming in and out of his province.

Long live the revolutionary unity of the Communists
